Adelphia Gateway, a subsidiary of New Jersey Resources is seeking a Pipeline Operator to monitor and control the movement of natural gas through multiple segments of pipeline on a 24-hour basis from a centralized location in accordance with contractual requirements and consistent with system capabilities, operating characteristics and conditions.
Monitors pipeline and facility integrity, and system pressures to maximize efficiency, safety and quality and ensures timely and accurate delivery. Participates in the planning, scheduling and implementation of facility operations, shutdowns and start-ups pursuant to PHMSA Control Room Management (CRM) 49 CFR Part 192 Transportation of Natural Gas by Pipeline.

Compensation: Expected base pay range for this role will be $77,000 - $104,000.
Base pay is based on several factors including, experience, skills, and knowledge. This role will be eligible to participate in an annual short term incentive program.

This position is deemed safety-sensitive under the U.S. Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration's (PHMSA) regulations. Among other things, employees in this position are subject to drug and alcohol testing, including pre-employment testing, random testing, reasonable suspicion testing and post-accident testing. The use of marijuana, or testing positive for marijuana, is disqualifying and will lead to removal from performing safety-sensitive functions as well as disciplinary action.
