Competitive compensation, comprehensive health benefits, work-life balance initiatives, and participation in global projects further enhance your experience, making this role not just a job, but a pathway to advance your career in a pioneering tech environment.Your ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with ISO 9001 and TL9000 standards through documentation control, process audits, and CAPA.Lead internal audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Telecom quality metrics.Administer the Quality Review Board (QRB) process for design changes, ensuring reliable product evaluation.Define and enforce ESD and Cleanroom protocols, overseeing compliance and testing programs.Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for supply chain and operational disruptions.Deliver training programs for operators and technicians on quality standards and manufacturing protocols.Coordinate customer audits, preparing documentation and addressing findings from Telecom and semiconductor clients.Respond to quality-related inquiries and maintain traceability and documentation for product changes.Your Skills and ExperienceMust-Have:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related fieldMinimum of 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or Telecom hardware productionStrong understanding of ISO 9001 and TL9000 standardsExperience with engineering change control processesProven analytical and organizational skillsNice-To-Have:Familiarity with additional standards (e.g., ANSI 20.20)Experience in telecom packaging processesKnowledge of ESD and Cleanroom protocolsStrong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiencesProactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
